Red Coral Multi-Strand Necklace

Coral is one of four organic gemstones found in the world and is formed by the fossilized skeletons of coral reefs. Although the word "coral" is synonymous with a pinkish color, coral comes in many colors, from deep red to orange and many shades of pink inbetween.

This is a monochromatic design of eight strands of small 4mm and 6mm red coral in varying shades of tomato red to dark coral.  If you are matching to your wardrobe, these shades have a slightly warm cast, not true red.  The strands are connected with a large link chain with a magnetic clasp for easy fastening.
