Tiger Eye Statement Necklace

Making a statement couldn’t be easier.  The five large oval stones are embellished with antique gold spacer beads and is finished with a strand of round gemstones.  The extension chain with lobster clasp gives you the ability to adjust the length.

 

Tiger Eye is a variety of quartz which has morphed from the original crocidolite mineral into the distinctive striations and banding.  Depending on the mineral content, the familiar brown or a dark blue stone will emerge.  It was first discovered in South Africa in the early 1800s; it is mined in Africa, North America, Burma, India, and Australia.
